Thermal fabric support (fleece) is a multi-purpose high temperature fabric for minimizing thermal variance to sintering trays and/or for use a sintering tray with sintering granulate for speed sintering.  A single fabric can reused many times!

1. Place a single thermal fabric under sintering trays to reduce thermal variance to sintering trays (dishes).  This helps reduce fracturing and maximizes tray/dish life by allowing the bottom of the dish to cool at the same rate as the other parts of the dish.  
2. A safer more cost-effective alternative to traditional trays/dishes, place thermal fabric in the oven with sintering granulate (not beads) to utilize for sintering or more specifically, speed sintering single units so you minimize tray and dish cracking.  Thermal fabric can withstand sudden thermal variances and thermal shock while providing optimal height placement in the sintering oven.

Thermal fabric is available in multiple sizes (but may be cut to fitment:

Ø=120mm x H=12mm for the support of larger sintering dishes and for use with sintering granulate. Item#: Sila-8203000033 (Set of 5)
