Refund policy

Returns: You must contact us for return authorization prior to returning an item within 14 days of receipt. Returns received without an RMA or outside of the return window may be refused.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Excluded items:

Non-stock items (indicated as "ships from manufacturer") are non-returnable.

Consumables such as Resins cannot be returned due to the sensitive nature of the product. All sales are final.

Repair parts including internal components and electronics are not eligible for returns.

For Defective Products:

When the product is incorrect you will need to call us directly. For items that were shipped incorrectly, we will send a shipping label to get back the incorrectly shipped item and either offer a full refund or will ship the correct item, as requested.

For items that are damaged by the carrier, you must contact us within 3 business days to process the shipping damage claim. You will need to provide us with photos of the damaged package and any exposed or damaged parts on the product, for inspection by the carrier. We will work directly with you to ensure this is handled appropriately.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Restocking Costs

A 20% restock fee will be applied to returned orders, excluding mis-shipped items. A return label can be provided up request, with the label cost will be deducted from the refund. Returned merchandise must be new in its original packaging with any accessories and manuals. Product boxes cannot be used as shipping containers - customer must pack items into a box for shipment. Used merchandise and merchandise missing original packing and/or accessories will be refused.

Equipment Warranty

Warranty services on new equipment are provided by the equipment manufacturers, but we will gladly help coordinate that for you if needed.
