How do I send my equipment to you?

Use the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or FedEx), and be sure to pack the equipment safely and securely to protect against damage in transit. We also recommend insuring your shipment.

How long will my repair take?

Most estimates are provided to you within 96 hours of arrival at our location. Provided all parts are in stock for your repair, please allow up to one week for us to thoroughly repair and test your equipment once you approve the repair. Furnaces may require additional time to cool down before packaging.

What do I need to send with the equipment?

Please download and fill out our repair form to include in your shipment. We do not need cords, trays, foot pedals, control boxes, and accessories unless they are in need of repair. Please be sure to empty out all water and liquids from your units before shipping.

How much do estimates cost?

We do not charge for estimates! If you decline the repair, or if they equipment is not repairable, there is no fee to you other than return shipping. If you do not want your equipment back, we will dispose of it at no charge.
