Ring mode: This mode of lighting is for accurate color determination of the subject or any cases (with polarizing filter) that require high illuminance-e.g. photography of posterior teeth. It is able to take pictures with the minimized reflections when
using the polarizing filter in Ring mode. It is easier to detect the difference in
brightness of each tooth when the picture is converted to black and white.

Twin mode: For your dental photography work with high vividity and sharp edges, COCO
Lux® supports you with Twin mode both horizontally (e.g. for photography of
anterior teeth) and vertically (e.g. for face photography). The polarizing filter must be removed before using Twin mode. To change into Twin mode from Ring mode, shift the lighting unit along the guide bar.
