G-CAM PMMA is a revolutionary dental CAD/CAM milling material developed by Graphenano that infuses medical-grade graphene into the PMMA matrix, providing a high-performance alternative to traditional acrylics and rigid materisl like zirconia for permanent restorations, full-arch frameworks, and implant overdentures.

Size: 98mm

G-CAM Mechanical Performance:

  • Shock Absorption: G-CAM has an elastic modulus similar to dentin and bone. It flexes slightly under load and absorbs rather than transfers chewing forces, which protects opposing dentition from wear.
  • High flexural strength: The graphene infusion boosts the material's fexural bending strength to over 140 MPa to provide exceptional frackture and crack resistance that traditional PMMA does not match.
  • Low water absorption: G-CAM offers exceptional dimensional stability with low water absorption (4μg/mm³) and zero shrinkage, providing your patients with long-term marginal integrity and fit.

Multichromatic Aesthetics:

  • Layerless chromatic transition: G-CAM uses a proprietary technique to provide a continuous, smooth gradient throughout the puck. No visible layers!
  • Natural optical depth: The light-transmission behavior of real teeth is faithfully replicated with natural translucency and incisal gradients
  • Reduced production time: You can achieve lifelike, highly-aesthetic restorations with less time spent adding manual layering or characterization

G-CAM Patient Comfort:

  • Thanks to its ultra-light weight (a G-CAM restoration weighs up to 80% less than zirconia), G-CAM is able to offer improved patient comfort, in particular when it comes to full-arch cases.
  • Healthier gingival margins: the surface chemistry is resistant to plaque buildup and bacterial colonization, helping reduce the risk of infection along the gums
  • Ultra-low residual monomers: A highly biocompatible and chemically stable material, G-CAM contains less than 0.004% residual monomers.

Efficient Production Workflow

  • No furnace required! As a nano-reinforced biopolymer, G-CAM can be delivered immediately after milling without the need to sinter or fire in a furnace.
  • Chairside repairs: In the event of a chip or wear, G-CAM can be repaired, modified, or added-to directly in the patient's mouth using standard light-curing composite materials.
