Dreve Biolon Thermoforming Blanks

Dreve Biolon is a clear and tough elastic thermoforming plastic made from PETG with a high transparency and the ability to bond with acrylic/acrylate. Biolon comes in standard 120mm round discs and is available in a variety of thicknesses. 

Use Biolon for:

• Dental aligners (0.5mm, 0.625mm, 0.75mm)
• Orthodontic devices (2mm, 3mm)
• Mouthguards (2mm)
• Retainer/Positioner (0.75mm)
• Production of temporaries (0.5mm, 0.75mm)
• X-Ray splints (1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm)
• Splint therapy (1.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm)
