With Artex Print&Click, Amann Girrbach presents an innovative articulation system for 3D printed models in the Artex articulator. Thanks to an intelligent clickmagnet system, models can be mounted without plaster or tools in a seamless, precise process—making everyday laboratory work easier. The model is printed with a special basal support, fixed to the base plate using magnetic force, and then precisely positioned in the articulator using spacer plates, which allow for flexible height adjustment and adaptation to different model heights and positions in the articulator.
Both placing the printed model on the model base plate and inserting the models into the Artex articulator is done using the magnets integrated into the components. Click, and the model is seated in the Artex. Entirely without plaster.
The reusability of all set components not only saves money but also reduces waste.
The standardization of the reusable model base plates reduces the use of printing material, as only the dental arch is printed and not the model base. This saves material costs and printer production time. Half of the model is already delivered ready-made to your lab via the white Artex Print&Click model base plate.
The Artex Print&Click model type is stored in the Ceramill M-Build software and the corresponding model library (Version 4.8.2).
