The #7 Handler brass threaded tapered chuck is used for buffing wheels on a polishing
motor. The #7BR slides onto a 3/8″ right side tapered shaft of a lathe
with friction grip, and the #7BL slides onto a 3/8″ left side tapered shaft of a lathe with friction grip.
