Zirconium Oxide made in house.

Zirconium oxide (ZrO2) is obtained from zirconium silicate, which is treated in an elaborate chemical process to form a white crystalline powder. The addition of organic binders allows the powder to be pressed to form blanks that retain their processing properties as a result of a downstream pre-sintering process.

At Amann's development and production site in Austria, they process zirconium oxide into blanks using certified processed under stringent test conditions to ensure high material quality with excellent processing properties.
